Returns & Refunds Policy
Seabuckthorn Store by WellWith Ayuzera is an authorised distributor and marketing partner of WellWith India Private Limited. All product manufacturing, billing, shipping, returns processing, and refunds are handled by WellWith India Private Limited as per their official policies.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will forward your request to WellWith India Private Limited, who will process the refund as per their policy. Refunds will be issued within 7 days from the date the returned goods are received and approved by WellWith India Private Limited. The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• The supply of goods that deteriorate rapidly or where expiry date is over.
• The supply of goods is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion and as per the final approval of WellWith India Private Limited.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved by WellWith India Private Limited, as goods must be sent directly to their authorised warehouse.
Refund Policy
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or confirmed proof of successful return delivery accepted by WellWith India Private Limited.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned product is received and approved by WellWith India Private Limited.
If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
